Air-tronics is a leading developer and manufacturer of high-performance fiber lasers and amplifiers, and we're looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our team!

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mainly responsible for thin film manufacturing on laser optics (inspection/cleaning/loading)
• Annealing of coated samples
• Daily chamber maintenance (including cleaning of high vacuum equipment): bead blasting, (re-)foiling of chamber interior, etc.
• Maintain coat tooling
• Maintain production records
• Follow cleanroom protocols

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Have good communication skills and be able to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Be present and on time for work as scheduled.
• Be able to work carefully, consistently, and identify errors.
• Be familiar with PCs and Microsoft Windows (a plus but not required).
• Work overtime as needed.
